Finbar O’Neill is a proud Irishman who has made his life here in the United States of America and who has willingly adopted our country as his home without forgetting about where he came from. Although he was born in Ireland, it was always Finbar’s dream to emigrate to the United States so that he could make a name for himself and find success. After living in Ireland for 18 years (and England for a few more after while working), Finbar moved to the USA and hasn’t looked back since. He has thrown himself into the business and culture of the United States and has found his new home.finbar_oneill After studying construction technology at Dungannon Technical College, Finbar O’Neill made the easy move to England where he worked for a few years in construction. However, Finbar knew that he didn’t want to live so close to home and his desire to travel eventually ended up with him moving to the United States so that he could begin his career in real estate development and construction. From the get go, Finbar knew that he wanted to build home for people that would fulfil their desires as well as increasing the communities property value. That way if the decision was ever made to sell the home, the owners would be able to call it a sound investment. To that end, Finbar started his company, The O’Neill Group, in 2000 and based it out of Hackensack, New Jersey so that it could serve the tri-state area with ease. Finbar O’Neill is Director of Operations for the O’Neill Group and is in charge of the daily going-ons of the company. As Director, Finbar oversees all of the construction and development projects as well as the acquisition process, the design process, the marketing process, and the financing for all projects. The O’Neill Group develops with all sorts of properties ranging from single-family homes to large-scale condo developments. Because of this diversity in property types, Finbar has acquired a wealth of knowledge about many different types of real estate development. Finbar O’Neill has made a true effort to integrate himself into the lifestyle and culture of his adopted homeland. While he first grew to love hunting while living in Ireland and England, living the United States afforded Finbar many more opportunities and locations for the hunting of game he had never encountered before. Along with using his love of hunting as a way to also indulge his love of traveling, Finbar has also thrown himself into the sports of the United States and has found a love of both baseball and football that he never knew existed. He is a staunch supporter of New York Teams (go Giants and Yankees!) and he makes sure to go to games whenever his schedule allows it.
